We have been involved in the preparations for weddings for very many years. Please, do not book your flight to visit us in Mallorca without first contacting us for an appointment! Our senior consultant who sees all clients for their first consultation is often away in other places, and we hate to disappoint. We can also see clients in the UK by appointment.

Mallorca Weddings - our commitment
Normally we organise all the marriage papers and administration / translations between UK and Mallorca religious and secular authorities. We arrange the wedding with an English-speaking priest, and discuss with you things like preferred readings, hymns, music etc as required. We organise both Anglican / Church of England weddings and Roman Catholic marriage ceremonies.
We advise on any legal requirements and papers. Because we have a base on the island as well as in UK, we are able to keep up to date with changing legislation etc.
As we are not licensed for travel, you will need to arrange your own flights, but we can find and suggest suitable flights at the best prices for you so all you have to do is ring up and book.
We also arrange as required:
- for those who wish it, up to three days' location visit in Mallorca to meet and discuss finer points and arrangements, and a tour around our beautiful island showing you the best hotels for your taste and budget
- insurance for weddings and receptions in UK and overseas
- meeting at the airport and transport for client and guests to their hotel(s)
- flowers for church, guests and bride
- wedding rehearsal
- transport from hotel to Church (see selection of Churches)
- transport from Church to wedding reception
- choir, soloist, organ etc as required for ceremony
- transport back to airport
- photography / video
- pre-wedding hair and make-up
- wedding cake, whether traditional Mallorquin or English style
- entertainment, including legal requirements (read about fireworks)
- overseeing catering arrangements / outside catering where applicable
- optional service of hotel finding / recommendation and bookings at no extra cost to client (see selection of Hotels)

Important! Due to recent legislation from Central Government in Madrid, foreigners may not marry by civil law in Mallorca (or anywhere in Spain in fact) unless they are resident for at least two years. This, as far as we have been told, will be corrected, but for the time being, unless you live and work in Mallorca, you cannot be married by civil law.
We can arrange civil weddings in Italy. If you are not getting married in 2004, check back with this site, as we are actually in communication with EU legislators and central government and hope to have some success in bringing this problem to a satisfactory conclusion by end 2005.
