This is the page for those who dream of a wedding abroad, do not want the impersonal package offered by most tour operators, but cannot afford the big celebrity wedding!
Mallorca Weddings have worked for many years perfecting the perfect wedding day. Our Happy Brides page is proof of how well we do things for our brides, and we have testimonials and files of pictures at our offices to prove it.
The average wedding today in the UK is costing £19,000 according to the polls. That is a deposit on your first home! Here at Mallorca Weddings we can give you a day to remember and include a weeks honeymoon, for half that and sometimes even less. If you wish we can even advise you how to budget your personal wedding budget to include everything you need from dress to invitations, wedding to honeymoon and save you money!
As everyone is different we have created several packages for your personal taste. These are inclusive and include everything listed. Extras which you may wish to have are listed as extras. There are two all-inclusive packages and two flexible options to choose from. Thats a lot more than you get from the package holiday tour wedding!
Our 'Not Another Penny to Pay' all-inclusive Silver Service package includes the following:
* Initial free consultation to assess your requirements
* Up to twelve further consultations by phone or email
* A personally planned wedding package to your taste based on the options on offer and your consultation
* Wedding according to the Roman Catholic or C of E rites - or Wedding Blessing ceremony for those not able to have a full church wedding (Civil wedding in this case in your home country); other Religions by arrangement.
* All legal and religious paperwork
* Stipends for the priests
* Cost of Church hire
* Two day meeting in Mallorca to visit venues selected, meet minister and discuss all arrangements included in package (includes two nights accomodation at one of our 4 star hotels, with breakfast and lunch, but not flights)
* Cost of, design and arrangments of florals for bride, wedding group and church
* Full Reception with buffet or three course style meal, wines drinks and Cava for up to 10 people and specially reduced same rate pro person for larger parties
* Wedding Cake
* Hair and make-up by Mandy who is the stylist for celebrities
* Transport to and from hotel / church / reception and back
* Order of Service including music (with options for extra music choices)
* Your choice of any one of six hotels for your wedding night and honeymoon, selected from our webpage or posted information folders. Note this package includes the cost of your hotel!!
* Pre-wedding rehearsal and final check
* Photography package
* Delivery of registration papers, marriage certificate and parish registration papers to client within two months of wedding
* Inclusive of all VAT, taxes, local charges and registration papers, diocese papers costs, everything!
The inclusive cost of all this is £7,745 - not another penny to pay
There is not another penny to pay, everything is included. This represents a tremendous saving on most similar packages and is possible because we have been able to make special arrangements with the services we use. We have used these companies for so long, it is worth their while to offer us reductions.
This wedding is perfect and complete as it is, it has all the elements required for a good wedding, and you really do not need to spend anything extra. However, as we know that people like to have the choice to decide for themselves we have listed the things you may like to include. This does not mean that we think they are essential. When we say our package is complete, we mean just that.
Extras you may like to include:
* Extra consultations at £40 each (for worriers!)
* More expensive flowers (eg Calas in season, arches etc) pro rata
* Music in the church includes mechanical music or an organ and voice, or a small choir or a string duo. You may at extra cost pro rata request:
A large choir 450 euros extra
String Quartet 650 euros extra
Guitarist 450 euros extra
Mallorcan troupe 450-1000 euros extra
* Continental wedding dress. Rates start at around 1500 euros, and include an accompanied trip around the designer shops to choose your dress
* Cabaret at the reception venue. Start at 500 euros for two hours - singers, musicians, flamenco, Mallorcan, illusionists, DJs and live bands etc... (subject to reception venue approval)
* Excursions for wedding party. Can be arranged so that client pays or so that guests each pay their share. Starts at 50 euros per head
* Different Reception venue to the one in package. We have a selection of venues for special tastes. These are too expensive to be included in a package, but we can offset the package rate against the hire of such places. Please ask your consultant.
* You have a favourite location not on our list? We will try to arrange your wedding at that location if we can at the best price we can get. Remember we can usually get hotel rates cheaper than you can. Ask your consultant.
* Welcome reception. Usually between 20 and 60 euros per head.
* Other personal options by arrangement
Package 2 - Gold Service Package
This has all the same services included as our Silver Service package, but is a more expensive option for those wanting better quality hotel and reception venue and the extras as follows:
* There are four luxury hotels on offer with this package
* Includes a champagne reception on board a yacht
* String Quartet, Piano or duo at reception
* Superior Reception venue with all-night music licence and dancing licence
* Full choir or Voice / Organ and Strings in Church
* Up to 30 consultations
* Extra visit to Mallorca if required. (This includes the attendance of a consultant and consultation, but does not include accomodation or flights)
Cost of this package £15,300 again completely inclusive of all taxes, VAT etc and charges and fees as above
Platinum Service Package
is IDENTICAL to the Gold Service package above, but we offer the very best hotels in Mallorca.
These can start at around £400 a night and go right up to £4000 a night for a wedding suite. A wonderfully special option for the bridal pair with a good budget. However we can get excellent reductions for clients wishing to hire the entire hotel for their guests and party. This option allows much more freedom of partying and night-time music, as there are no other guests to annoy.
This package includes a tour around all the best hotels we use for personal selection and food tastings. However the full cost of this package cannot be calculated until the hotel and style of suite is selected. These hotels have a minimum stay of four or five nights. So expect to be paying something starting at around £4000 to £35,000 for a week's accommodation - unless you are booking the whole hotel, when the cost can go down by as much as 50%.
Flexible Options
are for those who do not wish to be tied down to a package as such, but the price reflects the amount of service they can expect within a flexi-pack option. We have two, which are based on the Standard Silver Service and the Luxury Gold Service.
Flexipack options entail the exclusive allocation of one of our consultants to a client as they may require extra visits to Mallorca, different hotel choices. They may have an hotel or venue which they particularly wish to use and require an arranger to co-ordinate everything around that location for example. Some may want special floral arrangements, or have their own arranger, make-up artist etc etc. These packages are designed around such matters. Thus the costs cannot be calculated as precisely as they can for a set package. These packages start at £2,000 and £5,000 exclusive of services respectively and clients are billed on a three-monthly basis, and advised of extra costs as they occur.
