This hotel in the middle of the island is set in a beautiful valley. It has been a stately home and a Monastery and a Bishop's Palace in its long past, and is now a long established and most welcoming hotel. A long time favourite for locals and foreign celebrity weddings, it is conveniently placed for visiting the whole island, with good road connections. We also use this hotel for larger wedding groups as it has the advantage of being a stone's throw from the village with another hotel sleeping a further 18 guests. The two hotels collaborate well. There are some twenty rooms and suites accomodating around 40 guests. Some of the suites are separate from the main hotel and have their own balconies and terraces overlooking the valley and mountains beyond.

It actually has a tiny chapel, very pretty, but suitable for very small groups of up to 12-15. Although all these chapels are Roman Catholic, the diocese does not permit RC weddings in them, and these must be done in a licensed church. However all non-catholic weddings may be held in the chapels, and renewal of vows for all denominations.

Your reception can be in the fine dining hall or in the tower courtyard.

Hotel B2

This hotel is one of our smaller hotels. Owned by the nicest people! The rooms have all been hand-painted in special ways - one looks just like a villa I saw last year in Pompeii!

The hotel is not in the mountains, it is in a garden with its own pine wood. No expense has been spared in creating this lovely little hotel and for a smaller group of up to 20 in its ten rooms, you will enjoy your stay. It has the advantage of being closer to Palma than the others. The Lady of the house prepares delicacies for you. This is a traditional house such as I knew as a girl, with huge security gates set in the high stone walls, the grounds inside are a delight! The church for this hotel is in the village of Sta Maria; or it is close enough for you to have a City church such as the beautiful basilica of St Francis.

Hotel B3

This is one of my personal favourites! All our hotels are special, and picked for their individuality and variety for our clients. But I have a special warmth for this one! It is higher up the island than the others, and is set amidst almond groves. There are two houses, so plenty of room for larger groups. With a combination of rooms, suites and self-catering apartments it is perfect for family groups. There is a smaller overflow hotel for this one, which means that all together we can cater for around 80 people here. This is the same standard as the main hotel.

There is an excellent health centre with the most lovely designed outdoor and indoor pools, hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi. There is also a riding stables which you can use.

The menus are exquisite and good value for money, and very varied. The church which serves this hotel is also lovely. A Gothic church of great age set up on a mountain, it has lots of steps going up to it, very pretty photo location! The village is lovely, and there is a small hotel for anyone wanting a cheaper rate.
